When you contact BETE with questions, you will be asked to pick one of three categories: Healthcare Questions, Eligibility Questions or other.

Here are the kinds of questions that BETE can help you with:

  • My mom is having increased care needs. I don’t know how I am going to afford her care.
  • I can’t afford my food and rent if I pay for my medications. Is there any help for me?
  • I have been denied by ALTCS (Arizona’s Medicaid for Long Term Care) and I don’t know what to do next.
  • My social worker told me to apply for ALTCS, but I have questions about our situation that I can’t get answered.
  • I received a letter from Social Security and I don’t understand it.
  • I received notification that I am going to be disenrolled from my coverage and I don’t know what to do.
  • I can’t seem to get help from the VA. I am a wartime veteran and I have been told that there is financial assistance for me.
